Delivery policy

How delivery works

All products on this site are digital. There is nothing shipped to a physical address. Once your payment is confirmed, we personally send your product to the email address you entered at checkout, as a single zip file containing everything included in your purchase.

Delivery time

Because each order is sent by hand rather than an automatic system, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your files. [Adjust this if your real turnaround is faster or slower.] If you haven't received anything after that window, check the spam or promotions folder in your inbox before contacting us.

Double-check your email address

Your files are sent to whichever email address you type into the checkout page, which may be different from the email address of your payment account. Please check it carefully before paying. If you notice a mistake after paying, contact us right away with your order ID and we'll resend your files to the correct address.

Didn't receive your files?

Email charlessikha1@gmail.com, with your order ID from your payment receipt. We'll locate your order and resend your files.
