Refund policy

No returns on digital products

Every product on this site is a digital file, delivered by email. Because the file can be downloaded and used as soon as it's delivered, we are not able to offer returns, exchanges or refunds once a product has been sent — in the same way a physical store couldn't resell an opened item.

If something goes wrong

"No refunds" doesn't mean we'll leave you without a working product. If any of the following happens, contact us and we'll sort it out at no extra cost:

You paid but never received your files.
The zip file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.
You typed your email address incorrectly at checkout and need it resent to the right address.
The product doesn't match its description on this site.

In these cases we'll redeliver, fix, or otherwise make it right. We just aren't able to offer a refund simply because you changed your mind after receiving the files.

Before you buy

Read each product's description carefully, and contact us first if you're not sure a product is right for you. We're glad to answer questions before you pay.

How to request help

Email charlessikha1@gmail.com, and include your order ID from your payment receipt so we can find your purchase quickly.
