When you buy a product, our payment processor collects the name and email address you enter at checkout. We use your email address for one purpose: to send you the product you purchased. If you email us directly with a question or about an order, we also receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your card number, bank details or other payment information. Those details are entered directly into our payment processor's checkout page, and are processed and encrypted by them, not by us. See their own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
How we use your information
- To email your purchased product to the address you provided at checkout.
- To reply to emails you send us.
- To keep basic records of orders for support and accounting purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share order information with the services that make this site work: our payment processor (to take payment) and our email provider (to send you your files or reply to your message). We don't share your information with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics to understand which products are popular — we will update this policy to say so.
How long we keep your information
